Recycling Program

At Jax & Moonie, we care about the environment. Our products are created with sustainability in mind, which is why all of our stock collar are eligible for our Recycling Program. We build each product to last a lifetime and work hard to make our motto a reality: “One life together - One bond for a lifetime”. If any of your Jax & Moonie products ware or tear in a way that you are unsatisfied with, we encourage you to utilize our Recycling Program and contact us. Please contact the email below with any questions about our Recycling Program. 


The way our program works is outlined below:

  1. Email us at regarding the product you would like replaced through our Recycling Program
  2. Show proof of your past Jax & Moonie purchase
  3. Ship us your old/used Jax & Moonie product to the address below
  4. Once we receive your product, we will email you a 50% off code to be used to purchase a new item (the same item that is being returned)
  5. Once we receive the collar and you have purchased your new discounted item, then we will process your order.



You must live in the USA or Canada.

You must pay for the shipping costs involved in returning your product as well as the shipping for your new product.

You must include the receipt of your purchased old/used product in your return shipment.

You must be able to ship us your product (along with the original hardware) to qualify for our recycling program.

Lifetime guarantee does not apply to custom products.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone we feel is taking advantage of the recycling program.

We replace all items with the same exact item only.

We cover any defects in materials, parts or workmanship.

We cover damage that is caused by the pet during normal use.

We do not cover products that are intentionally damaged, dirty, outgrown or exhibiting normal wear and tear, products that are list or stolen, or products that are used for something other than your pet.
